Problem

Award-winning agency sites get a lot of mileage out of choreographed scroll behaviour — pinned sections, parallax layers, custom cursors — but they often pay for it with poor performance. Wanted to understand the cost/benefit tradeoffs first-hand.

Approach

High-fidelity recreation of the original site, but with a stricter performance budget. Smooth-scroll handled by Lenis, pin/parallax by scroll-driven Framer Motion, custom cursor with magnetic interactions on interactive targets.

Outcome

A reusable reference build for scroll-rich landing pages. Patterns from this project (cursor, scroll triggers, layered transitions) flow into client work and into this very portfolio's WebGL background.
